We got tired of replacing floats
Poolboy started in 2015 for a simple reason. Every pool float on the market was printed PVC, and every one of them looked tired by its second summer. Chalky, sticky in the sun, and usually split along a seam you could not reach to repair. So we designed one from solution-dyed Olefin over a welded TPU bladder instead, and priced it against outdoor furniture rather than pool toys.

THREE PRODUCTS
We would rather make three things properly than thirty things adequately. Each one solves a different way of being in a pool: lying flat, sitting in, or half submerged.
MATERIALS FIRST
We start with the fabric and work outwards. Solution-dyed Olefin costs several times what printed PVC costs, and it is the entire reason the product lasts.
WHERE TO SEE ONE
